    We have over 22 years of experience in the communications industry! You can visit us at our retail store however any sales originating from ebay must be finalised through ebay checkout process but your welcome to collect and pay for your item from our store.

Postage Details
  • We ship 95% of items (unless stated in listing) via Australia Post Registered eParcel directly from our warehouse.
  • Goods will be posted within 2-5 business days during weekdays from receipt of verified payment as long as your details are provided including item number won, your eBay ID and your delivery address. We strongly suggest you complete checkout promptly to ensure your details are correct and up to date. Please note that when paying via Paypal, your item will be dispatched when your payment clears our bank account, not when it enters our Paypal account. This means that Paypal payments can take 2-3 days to clear, even though the funds are instant to our Paypal account. This is a safe guard and you are fully protected under Paypal's Protection policy.
  • In the event that a item is temporarily unavailable or out of stock from our warehouse, a staff member will contact you as soon as practically possible, so we can advise of the anticipated delay.
  • Australia Post's eParcel system requires us to have your full name or business name, and correct shipping details. In the event that we do not have this information (it has not been provided to eBay) we will contact you via the eBay messaging system. As soon as we have the correct information we will dispatch your item.

  • Australia Post parcels are sent via Registered "e-parcel" which requires a signature on delivery for your security, and is completely trackable. Australia Post will leave a post office collection card if no one is at destination to sign for parcel, and your item will be ready to collect from your local post office. Australia Post quote 2-7 business days to deliver to most metro areas. Rural areas can take longer, for more information, please contact Australia Post or visit their website for details.
  • We offer freight and handling insurance, as we accept no responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit. If you take freight and handling insurance, your item comes damaged in transit or never arrives, you are protected. Without freight and handling insurance, any loss or damage claim arising from transport or handling must claimed directly through Australia Post at the nearest post office to destination by the purchaser.
  • We accept no responsibility for any items damaged in transit if insurance is not accepted at checkout. Without any insurance, any damage claim arising from transport must claimed directly through Australia Post at the nearest post office to destination. Again, insurance is available at buyers expense with all our items.
  • Postage costs quoted in listings is inclusive of postal cost, registration for tracking, packaging and handling, and courier handling fees to Australia Post in processing your ebay purchase. We are contracted to Australia Post via an electronic eParcel system. They collect all items directly from our warehouse under this agreement.
  • Pick-up is available after prior arrangement from our retail store, as stock must be transferred from the warehouse to the retail store. Supplying us with 48 hours notice, and strictly between 9am - 5pm Tuesday to Friday. Pickup is not available Mondays, weekends or after business hours. A pickup fee of $10.00 is applicable as this covers our stock transfers and internal procesing costs.
    Payment can be made at time of pickup, we accept eftpos, credit card or cash. Sorry we do not accept COD payments or AMEX (American Express).
  • Local Pick-up is available with certain conditions

    • By prior arrangement; supplying us with minimum 48 hours notice.
    • Strictly between 9am - 5pm Tuesday to Friday.
    • You must provide us a copy of your ebay paperwork for proof of identity
    • No collection on Saturdays, as eBay dispatch is not available*.
    • Payment can be made at time of pickup, (we accept eftpos, credit card or cash).
    • There is a flat local pickup processing fee of $10.00 per transaction, regardless of item quantities.

    *PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately, our eBay department for Sales and Dispatch does not operate weekends or after business hours, and we will not be able to assist you if you visit.
  • Our postage costs are NOT negotiable, nor is our method of transit.
Warranty
  • New items have Warranty (please see listings for details), and is "return to base".
    (Return to base is defined as the customer must pay post/freight in the event of an item needing warranty repair).
    Alternatively if you ask us we should be able to refer to your nearest authorised service repair centre.
  • No Warranty or Returns offered on USED items.
  • Tax Invoice will be issued with item as your proof of purchase and for GST purposes.

Terms and Conditions
  • If you do not agree with our terms and conditions, or do not intend to pay; please DO NOT place a bid. Non paying bidders will be recieve an item strike and reported to eBay.
  • Once bidding has closed winning bidder must complete checkout within 3 days, unless you notify us, and payment must be made within 7 days. You placing of a bid indicates your acceptance of our terms.
  • If you have a problem with the product, or your transaction with us in any way, please contact us prior to leaving feedback as these problems can often be easily resolved

    You leaving us negative feedback will signify that you have exhausted your options and released us from any obiligations to you.
